Rich has more than 25 years of experience in project management and controls. He has significant experience in providing clients with expertise in cost and schedule management and analysis, negotiations and resolution, payment and change order analysis, estimating and field controls.
Rich has managed diverse projects ranging from small commercial projects to large government projects in both horizontal and vertical construction, across numerous continents. And, he has represented both owners and contractors in many industries, including heavy civil, hospitality, office, educational, bio-pharmaceutical, and power generation industries, in the private and public sector.
He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) – Civil – in the State of Massachusetts, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED, AP, Accredited Professional, and holds a Certification for School Project Designers and Owner’s Project Managers in the State of Massachusetts.
He currently serves as the President of the BSCES and is a member of the Executive Committee for the Northeastern University Civil Engineering Alumni Organization (NUCEAO).
