MEET THE TEAM
Bill has more than 35 years of progressively responsible project management and project controls experience. His areas of expertise include dispute resolution, commercial management, expert claims analysis, expert testimony, labor inefficiency analysis, delay analysis, delay damages assessments, and cost analysis. He engages in a hands-on approach to facilitating dispute resolution, which has enabled the settlement of numerous conflicts, avoiding litigation and saving clients from the burden of legal costs.
Throughout his career Bill has served as an engineer, a general contractor, an owner, a general contractor’s representative, an owner’s representative, a subcontractor’s representative, and an engineer's representative - this fostered his unique and multi-faceted perspective on the commercial aspects of projects and the claims process. He has accumulated significant experience on a variety of water, wastewater, infrastructure, and architectural projects, both private and public. He has been admitted as an expert in claims evaluation and delay damages assessments in state courts, and has participated in several arbitrations, mediations, dispute review board presentations, and partnering sessions at various levels.
Susan has more than 25 years of experience in the AEC industry. She joined Perry Associates to assist with the surge that the firm experienced over the past 18 months and to position it for the continuing growth that has resulted from its solid reputation in the industry. As COO, she creates and implements both short- and long-term strategic goals, supporting efforts to put in place additional infrastructure and increasing the company’s recruiting and branding efforts.
Prior to joining Perry Associates, Susan held the role of COO at Pinck & Co., a leading real estate development advisory and project management services firm, where she was instrumental in optimizing and enhancing the infrastructure, increasing the client base, enhancing profitability, and expanding its geographical reach. She led the firm’s day-to-day business operations including technology, finance, human resources, marketing, and administration, overseeing an IT consulting firm in the development and implementation of new technology infrastructure across the organization. Prior to joining Pinck, she ran her own firm, The Business Side, an operations and human resources consulting firm that worked with founders/executives in various sectors to launch their start-ups and implement long-range growth strategies. She also spent seven years as the Vice President of Administration for Payton Construction.
Rich has more than 25 years of experience in project management and controls. He has significant experience in providing clients with expertise in cost and schedule management and analysis, negotiations and resolution, payment and change order analysis, as well as estimating and field controls.
Rich has managed diverse projects ranging from small commercial projects to large government projects in both horizontal and vertical construction, across numerous continents. And, he has represented both owners and contractors in many industries, including heavy civil, hospitality, office, educational, bio-pharmaceutical, and power generation industries in the private and public sectors.
Kevin is a seasoned construction professional with more than 25 years of hands-on field experience on heavy civil and commercial construction. Before joining Perry Associates, Kevin served as the Project Manager on the $14M RT24-over-Taunton River Bridge Replacement project in Raynham, MA, the $2M Newburyport, MA, Waterfront Rehabilitation project, and the $3M U.S.S. Constitution Dry Dock Rehabilitation project in Charlestown, MA. Over the years, he gained significant experience on numerous DOT bridge projects with a focus on cost, schedule, change orders, and claims.
Kevin holds an Associates Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, as well as certifications in Worksite Traffic Control Supervision, FDOT Construction Training, Concrete Field Testing, OSHA, and many others.
Dan is a skilled construction professional with nearly 15 years of increasing responsibility as a general contractor in field construction, project management, project controls, claims, and dispute resolution. He has solid experience on a variety of heavy civil construction projects including the $86 million Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) Pawtucket River Bridge project, the $66 million RIDOT Providence Viaduct project, and the $2 million Boston Water & Sewer Commission’s Combined Sewer Overflow project as well as several smaller public utility and civil projects.
Dan received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and holds his Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate.
Sahil maintains an integral role of data compilation and analysis on Perry Associates' scheduling and claims assignments. He is well versed in Primavera and plays a key role in gathering critical milestone information and updating monthly schedules for clients. He oversees and troubleshoots all aspects of IT for the firm in addition to managing the company's social media platforms.
He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Computer Science from Boston University.
